Salim Bootwala

Salim Bootwala has a robust background in technology and program management, currently serving as VPII at LPL Financial since November 2023. Prior to this role, Salim was the Head of Program Management and Software Delivery for Vanguard’s Retirement Sponsor solutions at Infosys from October 2020 to December 2023. With a tenure at Vanguard from 1999 to 2020, Salim progressed from Project Manager and Technical Lead to Senior Technology Leader and Director of Software Development. Earlier experience includes working as a Systems Engineer at Tata Unisys Ltd from 1995 to 1999. Salim holds an M.B.A. from Penn State Great Valley and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
