Natalia Białobrzewska has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Natalia began their career as a Manager at Marena Spa and Puchacz Spa, where they focused on defining goals, improving guest satisfaction, and expanding the customer base through online platforms for booking hotel rooms.

Natalia then worked as a Customer Service Manager at O.W. Gryf, where they provided consultation in defining goals, quality standards, and operational needs to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. Natalia also worked on expanding the market segment and improving organizational communications.

Natalia transitioned into the training industry by joining Sofitel Cairo Nile El Gezirah as an Internal Trainer. In this role, they created training tools, operations manuals, and conducted training programs in hospitality operations and customer service.

Natalia further developed their training skills at Arvato Systems, where as a Customer Service Coach, they focused on enhancing team skills in customer service and communication. Natalia provided on-the-job coaching, developed educational material, and organized training sessions for new hires.

Natalia then joined TTA (The Training Associates) as a Web-based Applications Trainer, followed by a period as the Owner of Training Team, where they were responsible for overall operations.

Natalia'sexperience as a Call Center Team Leader at ALSO Group involved overseeing order processes in online stores and providing telephone customer service according to established standards. Natalia also led and motivated a team to achieve departmental KPIs and resolved complex issues.

Currently, Natalia works as a Software Trainer at LPW Training Services, specializing in the implementation of Veeva CRM for major pharmaceutical companies. Natalia trains representatives in Polish and English, equipping them with the necessary skills to effectively use and develop the implemented solution.

Most recently, they joined BTC as a Key Account Manager IT & Computer Software. In this role, they manage key client accounts, builds strong relationships, identifies challenges and opportunities, and provides support to address them.

Through their various roles, Natalia has gained expertise in training, customer service, account management, and team leadership, making their a valuable asset in the field of IT and customer support.

Natalia Białobrzewska has a Master's degree in European Studies from Jagiellonian University. Natalia also obtained a certification in Trainers Academy from Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Poznaniu in 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and PR from Jagiellonian University. Furthermore, Natalia has obtained a certification in Learning LinkedIn Sales Navigator from LinkedIn in October 2021.
