Pam Morris

Pam is a resourceful, solutions-based executive with a 20+ year portfolio of success driving strategic planning, enhancing customer experience, and leading world class learning and development teams in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences and SaaS industries.

As head of Operations at LPW, she is instrumental in identifying and leveraging opportunities to drive improvements across all standard operating procedures and sales processes. She is known for collaboration and her ability to design and execute effective business plans. Pam’s focus is on improving operational performance to grow value and profitability. She excels in introducing operational best practices for Learning and Development, Project Management, and Change Management which our customers at LPW rely on every day.

Before joining LPW, Pam was the Vice President of Member Services and Training at First Multiple Listing Service. She also had successful tenures at Synavant, IMS Health, Sales Technologies, and PRC.

Pam is passionate about encouraging girls in STEM and was recognized by the Greater Girl Scouts of Atlanta with the Outstanding Leader Award.

Pam earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville and is a Prosci Certified Change Practioner.
