Maxime Lacour

Maxime Lacour is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in management and consulting across various industries. Currently serving as the CEO and founder of SMATCH Groupe since January 2024, Maxime champions the belief that human capital is essential for growth and performance by creating a hive of expert support for companies. Maxime also founded Maxences in September 2020, an incubator focused on developing effective employer branding initiatives. Prior to these roles, Maxime founded and led LR TECHNOLOGIES, a consulting firm supporting critical industrial sectors, for a decade, and oversaw engineering consulting at Alter Solutions. Earlier experiences also include strategic procurement leadership roles at AREVA T&D and Siemens, and marketing support at GE Healthcare, showcasing a versatile expertise in management, strategy, and operations.
