About the role:

The Trainee -Corporate IT will be responsible for supporting the company's internal IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. This role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, assisting with system upgrades and installations, and providing general IT support to employees. The trainee will work closely with the IT team and receive on-the-job training to develop their skills in various aspects of corporate IT.

Responsibilities :

  • Introduction: We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both administrative and support roles within Microsoft 365 environments and a solid background in tech support for both Mac and PC platforms.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and support the company’s Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
  • Manage user accounts, licenses, and access permissions to ensure security compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor system performance, prepare regular reports on usage and security, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Implement and maintain security policies and procedures, including data governance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide end-user support and training to ensure efficient use of Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Stay updated with new Microsoft 365 features and capabilities, recommending upgrades and changes to enhance productivity and collaboration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 services, working closely with Microsoft support as necessary.
  • Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill technology support requests from staff, responding promptly to help desk tickets.
  • Configure and deploy Mac and PC devices, and troubleshoot hardware issues.
  • Manage cloud accounts and software licenses across various platforms.
  • Test and deploy new software solutions to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Carry out basic networking requests and maintain network stability.
  • Engage in ongoing training and educational activities to stay current with industry practices.
  • Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned or required.
