Ziya Akın

Ziya Akın is a seasoned professional in the field of eLearning and instructional design, currently serving as the Head of eLearning at Kodlasam since November 2022, where responsibilities include overseeing product development teams and fostering collaboration among subject matter experts and stakeholders. Ziya also holds a position as a Senior Instructional Designer at LRN, focusing on developing customized learning programs and employing various instructional design models. Previous roles include Global Learning and Development Manager at Laba, where Ziya drove significant improvements in employee satisfaction through targeted training solutions, and instruction design work at TransPerfect and Laba, creating numerous successful e-learning courses. Ziya’s academic background includes a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature and participation in multiple Erasmus+ student exchange programs.
