Stephanie Smith

Stephanie Smith (CEng MIMechE) has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Stephanie began their career at Rolls-Royce where they joined as part of a graduate recruitment program and worked in various roles while completing their Mechanical Engineering degree. Stephanie even had the opportunity to work overseas in the New Delhi office in India for 9 months. Following their time at Rolls-Royce, Stephanie worked as a Management Consultant at Deloitte Consulting for three years. Stephanie then joined British Airways as a Senior Manager in IFS Change Management, where they worked for almost a decade. Stephanie then transitioned to Allianz Insurance, starting as Head of IT Delivery - Retail and later taking on roles such as Director of Retail Operations and eventually Chief Operating Officer. Currently, Stephanie works at LRQA as the Chief Transformation Officer.

Stephanie Smith (CEng MIMechE) completed their education in Mechanical Engineering with a Bachelor of Science degree from Aston University in the years 1988 to 1991. Additionally, they obtained the certification of CEng MIMechE from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
