Michelle Judd

Michelle Judd has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Michelle started their career at Arthur Andersen in 1993, where they worked as an Audit Staff and gradually rose to the position of Audit Manager. During their time there, Michelle gained experience in conducting audits for various clients and industries.

In 2000, they joined Sitel as the Director of Accounting & Finance, overseeing accounting functions for North America operations. Michelle managed a team of direct and indirect reports, handling general ledger, cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and payroll. Michelle later took on the role of Director of Consolidations, where they performed consolidation for multiple business units and ensured Sarbanes Oxley compliance. Michelle also led a team that completed an upgrade within Oracle.

In 2007, Michelle moved to C&A Industries as the Corporate Controller, leading a team responsible for general accounting functions such as treasury management, accounts receivable, billing, accounts payable, fixed assets, and payroll. Michelle played a key role in preparing accounting documents for the sale of C&A Industries to Medical Solutions in 2019.

Michelle continued their career at Medical Solutions, assuming the role of Corporate Controller. Michelle led a team of 25+ members and was responsible for all general accounting functions. Michelle successfully migrated the workforce onto a new payroll processing platform and trained new staff members to take over their previous responsibilities.

Currently, Michelle works at LRS Healthcare as the VP of Financial Operations, where they oversee financial operations and payroll.

Michelle Judd attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting. Michelle has also obtained additional certifications including the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from The Institute of Internal Auditors Inc. and the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of Nebraska, which is now inactive.
