Janet Wang

Janet Wang has an extensive work experience spanning several decades. Most recently, they served as the Chief People Officer at LS Direct starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at New York Life Insurance Company from 2014 to 2022, where they held the position of Executive Officer, Head of Talent Acquisition and Senior HR Business Partner.

From 2010 to 2014, Janet worked at Bank of America as the Senior Vice President, Global Banking & Markets, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources. Janet was responsible for managing large global teams across various locations.

During their time at Babcock & Brown from 2008 to 2010, Janet held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer, Americas. Janet also worked at Credit Suisse from 1997 to 2007, holding various positions including Managing Director and Global Head of Human Resources for Fixed Income and Asset Management.

Before that, Janet worked at Merrill Lynch as a Vice President in Investment Banking, Human Resources from 1995 to 1997, and at J.P. Morgan as an Associate in Campus Recruiting and Talent Acquisition from 1987 to 1995.

Janet Wang holds a Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University. Their degree is in Economics with a minor in Sociology and Asian Studies.
