Elizabeth Bodamer, JD, PhD has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Starting in 2006, they worked as a Student Assistant at the Institute for Latino Studies while pursuing their education. In 2010, they served as a Minority Prelaw Advisor at Indiana University Bloomington and also held a Legal Intern position at the Indiana Department of Child Services- Monroe Co. Office.

From 2011 to 2012, Elizabeth interned at Indiana Legal Services, Inc. as a Legal Intern. In 2012, they joined Indiana University Bloomington as a Graduate Assistant in Sociology, where they worked until 2014. During this time, they also served as an Associate Instructor.

Elizabeth continued their association with Indiana University Bloomington in 2015 when they became the Director of Student Affairs at the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Elizabeth held this position until 2019, gaining valuable experience in student affairs management.

In 2018, Elizabeth briefly worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Indiana University Bloomington before moving on to their role as the ABF/AccessLex Doctoral Fellow at the American Bar Foundation in 2019. As the Doctoral Fellow, they focused their research on legal education and higher education, specifically exploring the influence of perceived experiences of bias, stereotype concerns, and social capital on law students' sense of belonging.

In 2020, Elizabeth joined the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Policy & Research Analyst and Senior Program Manager. In October 2022, they were promoted to the position of Director of Research, where they currently work. Their work at LSAC involves conducting research and contributing to the development of policy and initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in legal education.

Elizabeth Bodamer, JD, PhD, began their education in 2005 at the University of Notre Dame, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology (Honors), completing their studies in 2009. Following their undergraduate education, they attended the Indiana University Maurer School of Law from 2009 to 2012, earning their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

After obtaining their law degree, Elizabeth went on to further their education at Indiana University Bloomington. From 2016 to 2020, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Sociology, specializing in this field of study.

In addition to their academic degrees, Elizabeth Bodamer also holds a certification in PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute, which they acquired in June 2023.
