Victoria Whitesell

Victoria Whitesell began their work experience as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant at Phelan, Pettit & Biedrzycki from October 1996 to December 2008. Victoria then joined McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP in January 2009 as a Paralegal, providing comprehensive support to multiple practice areas until February 2020. In March 2020, Victoria joined the Law School Admission Council (LSAC) as the Manager of Legal Operations. Victoria quickly adapted to the remote working environment during the COVID-19 pandemic and successfully built out systems and processes for the department. Victoria also assessed the department's maturity using the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Legal Operations Maturity Model and created a strategic plan to enhance the legal operations function within the first six months.
