Mengting Yang, PHR

Mengting Yang, PHR has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In 2010, they were an Assistant of the business department at Hefei Kangqian Culture Communication Co., Ltd. In 2011, they were an HR intern at GIBH, CAS. In 2012, they were a Project Manager in the UG membership and outreach department at RUSHRM, as well as a Graduate Student and Graduate Teaching Assistant at Rutgers University. In 2013, they were a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Management Analyst/Comp, Benefits & Job Analysis Specialist/Lead at Logistic Solutions, Inc., as well as an HR Talent Scout at Village Critter Outfitter. During their time at Logistic Solutions, Inc., they led an international team of 5 for hiring and coordinated routine meetings with team members from different time zones. Mengting also prepared occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales, as well as created spreadsheets for tracking selection processes and candidates’ career movements.

Mengting Yang obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English focusing on international trade from BSFA, Tianjin Foreign Study University in 2011. Mengting then went on to obtain their Master's in Human Resource Management from Rutgers - New Brunswick in 2014. In 2019, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
