Jeannine Richman, CPA, MBA has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Jeannine is currently serving as the Sr. VP and CFO at Lutheran Social Ministries of New Jersey since August 2020. Prior to this, they were the CFO at Baptist Retirement Homes of NC from August 2018 to July 2020. Jeannine also worked as the VP, Finance & Controller at St. Joseph of the Pines from June 2008 to August 2018. Jeannine has also shared their expertise as an Adjunct Professor at Campbell University, Lundy-Fetterman School of Business from September 2014 to December 2017. Jeannine began their career at Salinas Office Services as an Applications Analyst from September 2003 to May 2008. Before that, they worked as the Director of Finance at St. Joseph's Villa from March 1998 to May 2003. Jeannine'searly career includes the role of Controller at Devon Manor from September 1989 to September 1996.
Jeannine Richman, CPA, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at Eastern University. In addition to their MBA, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. Jeannine received the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the NCCPA Board in March 2018. Prior to that, in November 2016, they achieved the HFMA Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) certification from the HFMA North Carolina Chapter. In January 2018, they obtained the Certified Revenue Cycle Representative certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). Moving forward, in August 2019, they acquired the Lean Management Certification from Expert Rating Global Certifications. Most recently, in June 2021, they completed the Novogradac Property Compliance Certification from Novogradac & Company LLP.
