Suresh Rao

Suresh Rao has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Business HR for Group Functions and Head of HR Operations at L&T Finance since July 2019. Prior to this role, Suresh held position of Head - HR Operations and Zonal Head - Human Capital South at Jana Small Finance Bank from January 2017 to July 2019. Suresh also worked as Associate Director, HR at IDFC FIRST Bank from September 2014 to December 2016, and previously served as Vice President, Shared Services at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from August 2013 to August 2014. Suresh has held various significant roles at DBS Bank, including AVP of Human Resources, and Senior Manager of Human Resources from July 2011 to July 2013, focusing on HR operations. Suresh's career began at HSBC, where Suresh worked from November 1994 to June 2011 as AVP of Payroll and Taxation.
