David Hardman Cmgr McMi

David Hardman CMgr MCMI has extensive experience in various roles related to disability development, school sports coordination, and management. Currently, David serves as the EDI Strategy Manager at LTA and also holds titles at Young One Yoga limited. With a background in Sport and Exercise Science, David's focus has been on promoting inclusion and diversity in the sports industry while delivering yoga and mindfulness programs in schools. Through their leadership, David has successfully implemented programs to ensure active engagement in physical education among young people. Their recent educational achievements include a CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership and other relevant certifications.
