Ulla Mauro

Ulla Mauro has held various roles throughout their work experience. From 2018 to present, they worked as the Head of ICT Operations and Change at Lassila & Tikanoja, where they were responsible for service delivery and continuous improvement of their corporate ICT services. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2018, they served as the Vice President Consulting Services at Finanssi-Kontio Oy, overseeing the successful delivery of outsourcing and consulting services for banking and finance applications. From 2011 to 2016, Ulla worked at CGI, first as the Director Commercials, then as the Global Delivery Director, and finally as a Director. In these roles, they were responsible for commercial lead roles, outsourcing services management, project and service delivery, customer relationship management, and development of management practices. Earlier in their career, Ulla worked at Logica as a Service Director, at WM-data as a Business Manager, at Novo Group Oyj as a Consultant, and at Digitus Oy as a Contact Manager.

Ulla Mauro obtained a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Economics, Accounting, and Finance from the University of Turku, Turku School of Economics between 1996 and 1999. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Leading SAFe 4.0 - SAFe Agilist (SA) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2016, and ITIL V3 from Sovelto Oyj in 2011.
