Amber Fo (Aultman)

Amber (Aultman) Fo has a diverse work experience in product design, UX/UI, and management roles. Amber also has experience as the Head of Design/Director of UX/UI at Tuft & Needle, where they led various design strategies and was involved in major digital product ownership. Amber successfully conducted conversion rate optimization projects that resulted in increased revenue. Amber also worked as a Senior UX Designer at Tuft & Needle, leading design for customer-facing ecommerce and back-end application projects.

Earlier in their career, Amber was a Product Designer and Product Manager at Ignite by Adecco, where they designed and launched staffing-related applications and brands. Amber also contributed to the growth of the design team by developing processes and recruiting talent.

With their own design company, Copal Design, Amber served as the Owner and Designer. Amber also gained experience as a Web & Graphic Designer at Void Media LLC and Florida IT, and as a Web Designer at Station Four.
