Arnold Daniels

Lead Architect & Co-Founder at LTO Network

Arnold Daniels has over 15 years of professional experience in the software development industry. Arnold began their career in 2001 as a software developer for Bean IT (now ProActive Software). During their time there, they worked on Access database solutions. In 2003, they joined Hirschmann Electronics as a technisch projectmedewerker, where they worked on a shadow project to add network support on the CSE 2000 satellite receiver station. In 2005, they co-founded Helder Hosting, a Dutch shared hosting provider. That same year, they returned to ProActive Software as a software architect, where they set up a rapid development framework and introduced concepts as version control and automated testing. In 2007, they joined Cloud9 IDE as a lead software engineer, where they helped in developing the Ajax.org platform (APF). In 2010, they joined Jasny as an open source software developer. Finally, in 2014, they co-founded LTO Network, a fully decentralized and highly efficient hybrid blockchain.

Arnold Daniels earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 1998 to 2005. Arnold has also obtained several certifications, including MITx Entrepreneurship 101: Who is your customer? from edX in April 2015, MongoDB Certified DBA - Associate Level and MongoDB Certified Developer - Associate Level from MongoDB, Inc. in April 2015, Zend Certified Engineer - PHP5 from Zend Technologies in June 2010, and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services in June 2015.
