Karin Spijker

Karin Spijker possesses extensive experience in environmental policy and project management, currently serving as Beleidsadviseur Bodem en Water and Projectadviseur for LTO Noord since March 2017. Prior experience includes a role as Beleidsmedewerker at the Gemeente Dordrecht, focusing on climate adaptation strategies and fostering international collaborations. During a previous internship in water policy, Karin conducted research on 'nudging' techniques related to water safety and climate adaptation initiatives in Dordrecht. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in International Development Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Forest and Nature Conservation, both obtained from Wageningen University & Research, along with ongoing studies at Wateropleidingen.
