Jan Lepper

Jan Lepper has extensive work experience in the sales and engineering sectors. Jan currently holds the position of Director Sales DACH at LTS Licht & Leuchten GmbH since 2023. Previously, from 2009 to 2023, they worked at ANDRITZ Hydro Germany, where they served as Head of Sales. In this role, they managed sales teams, optimized proposal processes, conducted market analyses, and implemented a guide for online meetings. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2009, they worked at Voith Paper in various roles, including Area Sales Manager and Deputy head of department project engineering. Jan has experience in project planning, proposal preparation, and project engineering.

Jan Lepper has a diverse education history. In 1995, Jan obtained a Graduate Engineer (Diplom Ingenieur, FH) degree in European Environmental Engineering from Fachhochschule Gelsenkirchen. This was followed by a Bachelor of Engineering European Environmental Engineering (BEng) degree from Sheffield Hallam University, which Jan completed between 1996 and 1998. Jan then pursued further education at Sheffield Business School (UK) and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organisational Development and Consultancy between 1997 and 1999.
