Foster Cossam serves as a Research Assistant and Adjunct Lecturer at LUANAR-Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources, where responsibilities include teaching and assessing courses in Management Information Systems, Business Statistics, Business Finance, Value Chain Finance, Computer Applications in Microfinance, Business Organisations, Introduction to Entrepreneurship, and Business Research. Foster Cossam is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Agricultural and Resource Economics at LUANAR, following the completion of a Master of Science in Agribusiness Management from the same institution.
