Prosperina Kamkamba

Prosperina Kamkamba is a Part-time Lecturer at LUANAR-Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources since September 2021, specializing in Cooperative Development and Management, Value Chain Analysis, and Business Organizations. As Managing Director of Chifuniro Farms and Agroprocessors, which has been operational since April 2018, Prosperina applies expertise as a trained Agribusiness Specialist and entrepreneur. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator (Consultant) for JICA, coordinating pilot projects to enhance MSME support services, and working as a Trainer Coach-Sub Consultant with the Centre for Development Management, providing business development training to farmer organizations. Prosperina's career also encompasses a role as Project Officer at JICA, working on the One Village One Product Program aimed at improving farmer livelihoods.
