Diane Berkhout

Diane Berkhout is an experienced Procesmanager at Luba since May 2022, focused on optimizing processes to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Prior work includes coaching candidates at Gemeente Rotterdam's HalloWerk platform and recruitment responsibilities at GrowWork gezondheidszorg, where Diane specialized in matching candidates with suitable positions and supporting the recruitment team. As a co-founder and director at De Tamarinde Coöperatie UA, Diane facilitated practical experience for students in the care sector.
