Elvi Boleij

Elvi Boleij has extensive experience in management and client relations, currently serving as the Vestigingsmanager at Luba since September 2016, where the focus is on facilitating staff transitions for SMEs. Prior roles include Management Trainee, Senior Intercedent, and Intercedent at Luba. Prior to Luba, Elvi worked at Randstad Ziggo Dome from August 2013 to July 2017, initially as a Barmedewerker and later as Barhoofd, responsible for motivating teams and collaborating with floormanagers. Earlier experience includes serving as a Medewerker bediening at JMW Horeca Uitzendbureau and a Stagiaire at Zuiderzee college, supporting a care team. A foundational role was held at Kruidvat, performing various tasks in retail. Elvi holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2017.
