Ndugwa Herbert Nicholas

Ndugwa Herbert Nicholas is an experienced Systems Administrator at Lubaga Hospital since April 2011, responsible for supervising IT personnel, providing end-user support, and training staff on software technology and information systems. Ndugwa also heads in-house application development and manages network and security systems, while conducting cybersecurity awareness training. Previously, Ndugwa served as an IT Officer at the same institution and as a Deputy Systems Administrator at Pentchip Techno. Ndugwa holds a Master of Business Administration in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from IU International University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Makerere University.
