Raymond Richardson

Raymond Richardson has a strong background in leadership and development roles. Raymond started their career in 2001 at City Bank Texas, where they worked as a Vice President responsible for various operational departments. In 2012, they joined Jones Leadership Center as the Executive Director, focusing on creating growth opportunities and overseeing the center's operations. Later, in 2014, Richardson moved to Lubbock Christian University, first serving as the Senior Director of Development, seeking out donors and worthwhile projects for the university's success. Raymond then became the Vice President of Advancement, where they focused on fostering relationships, building partnerships, and generating support for the university's mission.

Raymond Richardson completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree at Sul Ross State University from 1997 to 2001. Raymond then pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership at Lubbock Christian University from 2012 to 2014.
