Kelly Olson

Kelly Olson has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Kelly currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Lube-Tech, where they oversee various functional areas including finance, accounting, treasury, tax, and IT. Prior to that, they served as the EVP and Chief Financial Officer at Cambria, where they led accounting, FP&A, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, business transformation, tax, and IT functions. Kelly also worked at H2I Group, Inc. as the Treasurer of the Board and ESOP Administrator, and later as the Chief Financial Officer, focusing on transforming accounting and financing functions to support company growth. Before that, Kelly held various roles at Taylor Corporation, Deluxe Corporation, Capella Education Company, US Bank, Ecolab, GMAC-RFC, and KPMG Peat Marwick, developing expertise in financial strategy, operations, reporting, and analysis.

Kelly Olson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which they attended from 1992 to 1994. In 1994, they obtained their CPA certification from the MN Society of CPA's. In 1996, they obtained their CMA (Certified Management Accountant) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants, St. Paul Chapter.
