Cassie Leiby

Cassie Leiby's work experience begins in 2004 when they worked as an HR Assistant at University Hospitals - Richmond Medical Center. From there, they became a Recruitment Specialist at the same company before joining University Hospitals of Cleveland as an HR Services employee. In 2008, Cassie joined The Lubrizol Corporation as a Benefits Administrator, eventually moving up to Senior Manager, Director, and finally Senior Director in the Global Benefits department.

Cassie Leiby completed their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business at the University of Dayton from 2000 to 2004. Cassie then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Cleveland State University, graduating in 2008. Cassie furthered their education by attending Cleveland State University College of Law, where they obtained their JD degree from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, Cassie Leiby recently obtained several certifications from Wharton Executive Education, including the Chief Human Resources Officer Program, EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION: STRATEGIES AND FRAMEWORKS, HR Management and Analytics: Unlock the Value of Human Capital, and Mastering Talent Management: Hiring, Engaging, and Rewarding A+ Talent, all in 2022.
