David Szabo has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and human resources. David is currently the Director of Talent & Organisation Effectiveness at The Lubrizol Corporation. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Talent Management (Interim) and Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at the same company. David also held roles as the Global Talent Manager and Regional Talent Manager. Before joining The Lubrizol Corporation, David worked at Rolls-Royce as a Development Consultant, Organisation Change Executive, and HR Business Partner. David also has experience at Parker Hannifin as an HR Manager and Graduate HR Trainee, as well as at RM plc as an HR Officer.
David Szabo has a BA (Hons) 2.1 degree in Business, which they obtained from an undisclosed school from 1997 to 2001. David also has a Post Graduate Diploma at the Masters level in HRM from an undisclosed school from 2001 to 2002. In addition, David has obtained several certifications, such as Behavioural Science in Practice from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and various personality certifications from institutions like Hogan Assessment Systems, Oxford Psychological Press, SHL, and The British Psychological Society.
