Justin Cass

Justin Cass currently serves as the Director of Business Development at The Lubrizol Corporation since March 2024. Prior to this role, Justin was the VP of Global Alliances and VP of Sales for the Americas at Submer, focusing on creating ecosystems for immersion cooling technologies and transforming data center environments. Justin's experience also includes leadership positions at Fujitsu Americas as Head of US Channel Sales and Channel Development Executive, Director of Sales at Emergent Systems Exchange, and various sales roles at Oracle and Xiotech Corporation. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Saint John's University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
