Joanna Lozada

Joanna Lozada is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as a Chef at LUCAS Restaurants since May 2022, Joanna has previously held significant roles, including Assistant Chef De Partie at Viking Cruises from October 2018 to May 2022, and Sous Chef during the pre-opening phase at City of Dreams Manila from July 2014 to September 2018, where responsibilities included managing culinary teams and overseeing kitchen operations. Joanna began the culinary career as a Kitchen Supervisor at Max's Group Inc. from August 2012 to July 2014. Joanna's educational background includes training at the William Angliss Institute.
