Luthfi Muhammad

Luthfi Muhammad is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various restaurant and hospitality settings. Currently serving as a Junior Sous Chef at LUCAS Restaurants since July 2022, Luthfi previously held the position of Chef De Partie at Hawker Hall and Lucky Number Wan Restaurant. Additional experience includes working as a Private Chef on Sequoia Private Yacht, where responsibilities encompassed managing the kitchen and menu creation based on guest preferences and seasonal ingredients. Luthfi's early career featured roles as Demi Chef and Commis 1 at La Moda Restaurant, as well as traineeships at Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta and The Amaroossa Hotel Bandung, where foundational skills in multiple culinary sections were developed. Luthfi holds a Diploma III in Kitchen from Akpar NHI, earned between 2011 and 2014.
