Mark McCleary

Mark McCleary has a diverse work experience in engineering, technology, and leadership roles. Mark is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Lucas Systems. Prior to this, they worked at Aurora as the Senior Director of Systems Engineering, where they worked on the development of autonomous vehicles and trucks. Mark also held the position of Director of Systems Engineering at Uber ATG, focusing on the development of autonomous vehicles.

Before their time at Uber ATG, Mark McCleary worked at L3Harris Technologies in various senior engineering and executive roles. Mark served as the Senior Director of Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test for the Space & Airborne Systems Segment. Mark was also the Senior Executive Director of Engineering for the Electronic Warfare business unit and the Director for the Wireless Solutions Business Unit.

Additionally, Mark McCleary has experience as a Senior Software Engineering Manager and Systems Engineer in the wireless product development domain. Prior to their roles at L3Harris Technologies, they worked as the Chief Software Engineer and Principal Software Architect at PC|MAC, where they designed and developed custom web applications.

Mark McCleary has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from the University of South Alabama. Mark also completed an Executive Development Program at The Wharton School. Additionally, Mark holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the University of South Alabama and pursued studies in Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech. Mark has obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance and as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Harris Corporation.
