Oscar Eclov-Reher

Oscar Eclov-Reher has a diverse work experience in various marketing and finance roles. Oscar is currently working as a Digital Marketing Director at Lucem Health. Prior to this, they worked at Datica from 2017 to 2022, where they held several positions including Marketing Manager, Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, and Digital Marketing Intern. At Datica, Oscar was responsible for implementing website updates, optimizing web content, driving email marketing and lead nurturing, managing paid search and social advertising, and administering HubSpot and Pardot marketing automation platforms.

Before joining Datica, Oscar served as the Vice President of Membership at Alpha Kappa Psi from 2017 to 2018. Oscar also worked at Yellow Rose Capital Management as a Portfolio Manager in 2017, where they presented financial analysis, provided recommendations for stock investments, and trained new analysts.

In 2016, Oscar interned at JNBA Financial Advisors as a Digital Marketing Intern, where they managed inbound marketing, implemented SEO strategies, and worked with marketing automation platforms.

Earlier in their career, Oscar worked as a Marketing Strategy Intern at ASPIRE Beverage Company from 2015 to 2016. Oscar managed Google Analytics, drafted social media posts, and directed brand ambassador programs. Oscar also served as a Team Captain and A-Team Lead at ASPIRE, where they implemented event reporting systems, developed training materials, and built relationships with various retailers and organizations.

In 2015, Oscar worked as an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Yellow Rose Capital Management, where they presented financial analysis and provided recommendations for stock investments. Oscar also taught new analysts stock analysis methodologies.

Oscar was also involved with Alpha Kappa Psi in 2015, serving as the Director of Membership and leading successful social media campaigns and recruitment efforts. Oscar designed marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.

In 2012 and 2013, Oscar was a Youth Advisory Board Member at Piggybackr, where they expanded the customer base and helped create a national intern network. Additionally, they co-founded School Scoop in 2011, developing an application and mobile website to streamline access to academic information for students.

Oscar Eclov-Reher completed their high school education at Irondale High School from 2010 to 2014, earning a High School Diploma. Following this, they pursued their bachelor's degree in Marketing at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 2014 to 2018, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (BS). In 2016, Oscar also took part in a semester study abroad program at Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, focusing on Marketing and Management Information Systems (MIS).
