Rasa Chiras has extensive work experience in various roles related to customer success, care management, and clinical operations. Rasa is currently the Director of Customer Success, EAP at Lucet, a role they started in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at New Directions Behavioral Health as a Customer Success Manager from 2013 to 2022, where they managed major accounts and implemented EAP services for new groups. Rasa Chiras completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Psychology, and a minor in Criminal Justice and Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1987 to 1991. Later, from 1993 to 1998, they pursued a Master of Education degree in Counseling of Families, Children, and Couples from UMass Boston. Rasa Chiras also holds a certification as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, obtained from the Allied Board of Mental Health and Human Services Professionals.
