Stephanie Frankie

Stephanie Frankie, PMP, CSSBB has extensive experience in project management and operations. Stephanie has worked in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Stephanie's most recent position was as VP Health Plan Customer Success at Lucet (formerly New Directions + Tridiuum), a role they have held since December 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Beacon Health Options, where they served as AVP Operations and Implementations from January 2019 to November 2020, Director of Implementations from October 2016 to January 2019, and Senior Project Manager from February 2015 to November 2016. Stephanie also worked at ValueOptions, Inc.® as a Project Manager from April 2013 to January 2015. Prior to that, they held various roles at GEICO, including Program Manager from April 2012 to April 2013, Underwriting Manager of Project Management, Metrics, and Decision Support Systems from April 2010 to April 2012, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from December 2007 to April 2010. Stephanie began their career at Tindall Corporation as a Plant Industrial Engineer from January 2006 to November 2007. Stephanie also worked at City of Raleigh Parks and Recreation as a Camp Director/Teen Logistics Coordinator from May 2002 to December 2005, and at eToys as an Operations Lead Co-op from September 2004 to December 2004.

Stephanie Frankie, PMP, CSSBB earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. In addition, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from ASQ - World Headquarters, obtained in 2008. Stephanie also obtained the Project Management Professional certification, but the specific year is not provided.
