Tiffany Alexander

Tiffany Alexander, MSW, has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Tiffany is currently the Director of Care Navigator at Lucet starting from October 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where they held several roles including Sr. Manager Operations, Behavioral Health and EAP from August 2020 to October 2023, WorkLife Supervisor from July 2017 to August 2020, and WorkLife Consultant from April 2015 to July 2017. In their role as a WorkLife Consultant, they provided telephonic consultation and informational services to improve work-life balance for corporate companies. Tiffany also has experience working with the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. Tiffany served as a Children's Social Worker III/Law Enforcement Liaison from February 2010 to February 2014 and as a Children's Social Worker II from June 2007 to February 2010, handling various responsibilities related to child safety and family maintenance/reunification.

Tiffany Alexander earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Long Beach from 2000 to 2005. Tiffany later pursued a Master's degree in Social Work from the same university, completing their studies from 2005 to 2007.
