Rachel Barker

Rachel Barker has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Rachel is currently working as the Program Director, Reimagining Care at Home at SE Health, where they are responsible for overseeing a large-scale digital transformation project. Prior to that, Rachel held various leadership positions at HIMSS British Columbia Chapter, including President and Director. Rachel also worked at Provincial Health Services Authority as a Senior Manager and Senior Project Manager, focusing on provincial eHealth projects. Rachel has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Doctors of BC, VP of Operations and Director of Professional Services at Reliq Health Technologies Inc., and Manager of Product Services and Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager at Intrahealth Canada Limited. Through their roles, Rachel has gained extensive experience in healthcare information and technology, digital transformation, and project management.
