Rukiye Sahin

Rukiye Sahin is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as a Strategic Recruiter for LVNL, focusing on labor market communication since July 2023. Prior to this role, Rukiye worked in various senior recruitment positions across organizations such as the CAK, Gemeente Amsterdam, Belastingdienst, and the Dienst Justitiële Inrichtingen, effectively managing recruitment processes primarily in IT and Data sectors. Rukiye has held interim and advisory roles, responsible for overseeing recruitment strategies, engaging diverse talent pools, and ensuring quality in service delivery. With a strong academic foundation, including a Bachelor’s degree in Personnel & Labor from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, Rukiye is currently pursuing further education at both Open Universiteit and Nyenrode Business University.
