Jill Rossini is an experienced executive with a diverse background in business development, marketing, and strategy across various industries. As the Executive Director at Scout since April 2023, Jill contributes to improving location decisions for companies and fostering job creation for municipal governments. Jill has held roles at Luci Creative and Ravenswood Studio, Inc. since October 2019, focusing on business development in the creative and design sectors. Prior experience includes founding Conundrum Marketing Solutions, serving as Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer at Palmer Printing, and working in legal funding with Momentum Funding and Oasis Legal Finance. Jill also has a robust history in public relations and media buying, having served as Senior VP at SS|PR and Broadcast Media Supervisor at Wells Rich Green. Educational qualifications include attendance at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and completion of entrepreneurial programs at the Women’s Business Development Center in Chicago.
