Massimo Legnini's work experience begins in 1992 when they joined UNESCO's Legal Affair Division. Massimo then moved to the United Nations' Center for Human Rights in 1995. In 1996, they joined Perticone as an Import-Export manager and remained there until 2006. From 2006 to 2015, Legnini worked at Brioni, first as the Logistics, Invoicing, Warehouse, Compliance and Customer Service Manager, and later as the Project Leader for the integration of the LGI Logistic Platform. In 2015, they joined Luciano Barbera as the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director, and in 2017, they moved to Zanella in the same capacity.
Massimo Legnini obtained a Law Degree from the Università degli Studi 'Gabriele d'Annunzio' di Chieti from 1986 to 1991.
