Judy Carter

Judy Carter, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as HR Leader at LucidHealth, where oversight includes a dynamic imaging center environment with over 1,000 employees across multiple states. Prior to this role, Judy was Director of Employee Relations at Daily's Premium Meats, managing human resources for over 1,000 associates across three manufacturing facilities. Judy also held the position of Human Resources Director at Apple Bus Co, Inc., overseeing HR operations for more than 2,800 team members across eight states. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Russell Stover Chocolates and HR Process/Programs Manager at YRC Freight. Judy holds a degree from Ottawa University.
