Kevin Ames has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kevin is currently serving as the Interim Chief Operations Officer at CaseManagerPro by Lucid IQ. Prior to this, they worked at HealthMark Group as the Head of Engineering, where they successfully merged two development teams and built a 50-person engineering team. Kevin also designed and implemented continuous integration and automated deployment architecture for two product suites and established a quality assurance team focused on automated testing.

Before HealthMark Group, Kevin worked at Tegria as an Analytics and Data Warehouse Specialist, playing a key role in kick-starting a software development organization and implementing an InterSystems HealthShare unified care record platform for Blue Cross Blue Shield.

Kevin'sprevious experience includes working at Ocwen Financial Corporation as the Director of Application and Solution Development, where they led a global development team and maintained and enhanced custom applications. Kevin also served as a Product Development Lead at Epic, where they oversaw the development and architecture of a data warehouse application for healthcare organizations.

Kevin's earlier career includes roles as the Chief Technology Officer at Lucid IQ, where they managed the full software lifecycle and P&L responsibilities, and as a Senior Software Engineer at Raytheon Systems and Hughes Aircraft Company.

Kevin Ames obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Case Western Reserve University, where they attended from 1991 to 1994. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mathematics at Claremont Graduate University from 1994 to 1995.
