Dobri Dobrev has extensive experience in engineering and software development. Dobri has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Vice President of Engineering at LucidLink and Smule, Inc., and VP Engineering at SumUp. Dobri has also served as a Director of Engineering at LucidLink and Smule, Inc.

Prior to their leadership roles, Dobrev worked as the Head of Software Development at Experian, where they managed a team of over 60 professionals and successfully delivered enterprise fraud detection and identity recognition products. Dobri played a key role in growing the organization and improving employee satisfaction and retention.

Before their time at Experian, Dobrev was a Senior Manager of Software Engineering at Axway, where they managed multiple software development teams and drove organizational expansion. Dobri also worked as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Axway and Tumbleweed Communications, utilizing their technical and customer management skills to troubleshoot complex problems and provide strategic solutions to high-profile customers in various industries.

Dobrev began their career as a Co-founder and CTO of Telarius Inc., where they designed and led the development of a VoIP and ISP billing platform from the ground up. Dobri also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at SysMaster Corporation, specializing in VoIP billing and gateway systems.

Dobri Dobrev started their education in 1998 and completed their high school education at the High School of Mathematics, Dr. Petar Beron in 2003. During this time, they focused on studying Mathematics and Computer Science. After completing high school, Dobri Dobrev attended Varna Free University "Chernorizets Hrabar" from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Economics. Dobri then furthered their education at New Bulgarian University from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
