George Balinov

George Balinov is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design, creative direction, and training. Currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at LucidLink since March 2023, George is also the Co-founder and Creative Director at HYPE Digital B2B Growth Agency, where contributions include user experience research, brand identity design, and UI design. As the Founder of Precious Plastic Sofia since May 2019, George advocates for sustainable practices. Additionally, George has played a pivotal role as Lead Trainer at Telerik Academy, developing a comprehensive UX and UI bootcamp in Bulgaria. With prior experience as VP Design & Art at XS Software, overseeing a creative team for browser-based games, and ongoing work as a Design Consultant through Balinov.com, George possesses a robust educational background with a Master’s in Graphic Design and a Bachelor’s in Computer Graphics from New Bulgarian University.
