Kristin Hoffmeister

Kristin Hoffmeister, PhD, is an experienced professional in donor relations and development communications, currently serving as Senior Director at the Lucile Packard Foundation for Children's Health since November 2022. Previously, Kristin held multiple roles at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, including Associate Director of Development Communications and Development Writer III from April 2020 to October 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Staff Editor at Rice University's Baker Institute for Public Policy and Associate Editor for Wiley - The SAS Encyclopedia of Archaeological Science. Kristin also contributed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Texas A&M University's Department of Anthropology. Educationally, Kristin earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Biological Anthropology from Texas A&M University between 2010 and 2019, and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Arizona from 2006 to 2009.
