Turner Ashby

Turner Ashby has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, notably with Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que. Currently serving as the General Manager since January 2018, Turner oversees the training and development of a management team and Managers In Training, acts as a liaison between Front and Back of House management, and manages financials and guest relations to uphold high standards of service. Previously, from November 2012 to January 2017, Turner held the position of Assistant General Manager, overseeing training for all positions while also serving as Culinary Manager. Turner's journey began as a Manager, where responsibilities included leading three new store openings and managing sales exceeding $12 million.
