Rebeca Cerdeiras Montero is an experienced legal compliance and regulatory professional, currently serving as the Head of Legal Compliance & Regulatory at Luckia since July 2023. Rebeca's expertise encompasses various compliance domains, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), internal audits, risk control, fraud prevention, data protection, and technological compliance within international settings focused on Latin America, Europe, and Africa. Prior experience includes a tenure at UPS from 2015 to 2023, where roles included Compliance & Regulatory Supervisor and Team Leader. Rebeca's career also includes positions as a coffee specialist at DABA S.A.U. and an internship at Fajardo Advocats. Rebeca holds a legal degree from the Universitat de Barcelona and has completed multiple advanced certifications, including an MBA and a Master in International Trade from ENEB, along with a recent certification as Chief Compliance Officer from the Institute of Management, Technology and Finance.
