Hardev Solanki has a background in electrical engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. With over 10 years of experience in the field, Hardev has worked at ABB as an Electrical Project Engineer, at ERDA as an Assistant Engineer, and currently holds the position of Prototype & Test Engineer at Lucy Electric. Hardev is skilled in prototyping new product development, modifying existing designs, and conducting internal testing of various electrical products. Hardev has a strong background in project management, site management, and project execution with a focus on switchgear products.
