Jessica Garrant

Jessica Garrant, SHRM-SCP has over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Jessica began their career in 2005 as an Administrative Assistant for Angels Neurological Centers. In 2008, they moved to Next Generation Vending LLC as a Human Resources Assistant. From 2010 to 2016, they were the Payroll and Human Resources Administrator for Island Oasis. In 2016, they accepted a position as the Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS Manager for NETA (New England Treatment Access, LLC). In 2019, they were the Payroll Specialist/HR Generalist for the Diocese of Fall River. In 2020, they became the Human Resources Director for Solar Cannabis Co. and, in 2022, they were appointed as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner for Happy Gnome HR and the Director, Human Resources Strategy for Lucy Therapeutics.

Jessica Garrant holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from Bridgewater State University, which they obtained between 2004 and 2007. In 2021, they obtained their SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM. Additionally, they have been appointed as a Notary Public by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
